The Black Dementia Company is a UK based service that was set-up with the aim of supporting work that meets the needs of persons living with dementia across the world. Our hope is that through our own products and services, we can make a contribution towards improving the lives and well-being of persons living with dementia - including, and especially, persons living with dementia from the global African and Caribbean community.

The Black Dementia Company is not an e-commerce company. Our focus is more than simply selling products. However we create items that are focused on persons living with dementia whether they are friends, relatives, and/or clients. Our theme is based on familiarity with African and Caribbean cultures. We are also firm believers in the value of intergenerational interaction and social inclusion of persons living with dementia. In view of this, our products are intended to be used as part of the social engagement with persons living with dementia and not as substitutes for interacting with them. Our product range continues to grow, and it includes puzzles, colouring books and an activity book. The ethos that underpins all that we do is simplicity and being end-user focused.
