Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your order please inform us as soon as possible, and within 1 day of placing the order. Please do this by completing and submitting our Contact Form.

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However should you wish to return an item, please return it to us in the original packaging along with any promotional gift or offer item that was sent with the order. Buy one get one free offers and/or sale items are excluded.

Returned items should be sent to: The Black Dementia Company Ltd., 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, within 14 days of having received the item. We will then process your refund. 

Please note that we will not refund postage costs for items returned. 

We ask that any item being returned should be securely packed with details of your name and address clearly included with the package. This will help us to process your refund faster.  Your statutory rights are not affected.
